Our home concierge services include home check-ins, pre-storm prep, post-storm walk-throughs, coordinating home services and repairs, preparing the home for your arrival and more. Subscription plans & ad hoc pricing are available. Check-ins include a customizable 25+ point inspection and a check-in report with pictures after each visit.

No, this is not all-inclusive. We can provide a wide array of services depending on your needs. Contact us for a free consultation during which we can discuss your needs.

The pricing varies depending on the service. We can provide pricing once we discuss what your specific needs are.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, cash via Apple Pay, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Note: General Excise Tax (GET) will be added to all invoices. Client is also responsible for any payment fees incurred.

No. Any business or individual we provide a recommendation for is based on our personal experience and/or trusted word of mouth. We do not receive any kind of referral, compensation or other benefits.

Yes. We have a services agreement template that we will use to document the agreed upon services, including any specific requirements,  and fees.

We will only provide services for which we are licensed and insured to do as part of our business. We have professional liability and general liability insurance coverage. Noting, if the service requires the use of a  client’s vehicle, then the client’s insurance is applicable.

Additionally, we do NOT offer the following services, but we may recommend a service provider if requested. It is the client’s responsibility and decision as to which provider to use:
